We are proud to support community causes through in-kind product donations to local non-profit organizations and their fundraising efforts.

We are honored to support women and youth causes in our local communities through in-kind donations of Kendra Scott products. We review each request for a product donation request, and Kendra Scott reserves the right to refuse a product donation for any reason, in its sole discretion.

The following guidelines apply to any in-kind product donation: 

• Donated products must be used to directly raise funds for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization through activities such as a silent or live auction or a raffle and are not to be used as gifts. 
• Donated products cannot be sold for profit or returned to a store for credit. 
• Donations are limited and based on availability. 
• Donation requests must be made at least six weeks before the desired event or fundraiser. 
• You may be required to pick up your donation from a Kendra Scott store. 
• Kendra Scott will provide the value of the donation but will not complete a non-profit's donation form. 
• Engagement rings, hats, hat accessories, boots, blankets, and curated collection items, are not eligible for any giveback donations. 
• You agree to comply with any other requirements provided by Kendra Scott. 

If Kendra Scott provides donated product to be used to fundraise for your organization, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. 

Our Kendra Gives Back program helps anyone within the community host a local event for causes and organization that empower women and youth. 20% of purchases made during the hosted event will directly benefit the cause designated by you.

This form is specifically for applicants interested in hosting a Kendra Gives Back event benefitting a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Kendra Scott reserves the right to refuse to host a Kendra Gives Back event or provide product donations for any reason, in its sole discretion. 

The following guidelines apply to any Kendra Gives Back event: 

• Requesting organization or individual’s cause must be a 501(c)(3) organization and fall within our mission of empowering women and youth in the areas of Health & Wellness, Education, or Entrepreneurship. 
• We welcome one event per approved organization annually. 
• Requests must be made at least one month before the desired event date. 
• We do not partner with political causes or faith-based organizations that serve a singular religious community. 
• In order to be entitled to receive payment from Kendra Scott, you must provide an accurate mailing address and you must cash the check within 6 months of the event. You agree that, if you have not done so, you have no right or entitlement to the funds and the funds raised during the event will instead be donated to the charity you selected in your Submittable application. [If you have not received a check within 60 days of the event, you may contact Kendra Scott to reissue the check; provided, however, that you must still cash the reissued check within 6 months of the event in order to be entitled to the funds.]   
• Giveback code is active for 48 hours and will only be valid through midnight PST online. The code must be applied at checkout at kendrascott.com during active timeframe. 
• For in-store Kendra Give Back events at participating Kendra Scott retail store(s), the giveback partner name must be mentioned at checkout during designated event timeframe, unless otherwise agreed upon by a Kendra Scott representative. 
• Engagement rings, hats, hat accessories, boots, blankets, and curated collection items, are not eligible for any giveback donations, including if such purchase is made during a Kendra Gives Back event. 
• You agree to comply with any other requirements provided by Kendra Scott. 

If Kendra Scott hosts a Kendra Gives Back event for your organization or provides donated product to be used to fundraise for your organization, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
