In-Kind Donation Request

We are proud to support community causes through in-kind product donations to local non-profit organizations and their fundraising efforts.

We are honored to support women and youth causes in our local communities through in-kind donations of Kendra Scott products. We review each request for a product donation request, and Kendra Scott reserves the right to refuse a product donation for any reason, in its sole discretion.

The following guidelines apply to any in-kind product donation: 

• Donated products must be used to directly raise funds for a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization through activities such as a silent or live auction or a raffle and are not to be used as gifts. 
• Donated products cannot be sold for profit or returned to a store for credit. 
• Donations are limited and based on availability. 
• Donation requests must be made at least six weeks before the desired event or fundraiser. 
• You may be required to pick up your donation from a Kendra Scott store. 
• Kendra Scott will provide the value of the donation but will not complete a non-profit's donation form. 
• Engagement rings, hats, hat accessories, boots, blankets, curated collection items, and gift cards are not eligible for any giveback donations. 
• You agree to comply with any other requirements provided by Kendra Scott. 

If Kendra Scott provides donated product to be used to fundraise for your organization, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
